Conducting Your Own Study

SEED Journal
 
  1. Select a river in your area.

  2. Reserach the history of your river. You may include information about
    • its geological history
    • the history of human use
    • current uses
    • plans for development
    • major sources of pollution
    • current pollution control and remediation efforts

  3. Test the water quality.

  4. Exchange ideas and share results with other students around the world.

  5. Report your results for publication in the SEED Science Center.
